My family experienced a little problem on the way back from Raleigh. We stopped in and JT and John were very helpful! Outstanding customer service that we hadn't seen in a long time, very nice guys. We are very thankful for the help. They were personable and we loved that. They helped us get back on the road safe. Thank you guys sooo much!

I had been taking my car in there for quite some time, without issues. I took it in there back in May 2026 and, I don’t know if the people that handled my oil change that day wasn’t properly trained or just not paying attention or didn’t care. But, it almost caused me to lose my engine because they put almost 8qts of oil in my car, confirmed by my mechanic in Rock Hill. It was an entirely new staff that day, of young people who seemed more interested in joking around or discussing their own cars instead of focusing on their job. I won’t ever return to that location again because I work way too hard to keep my car running and safe and won’t risk my engine getting destroyed because people won’t pay attention to their job.

He made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free while keeping me updated every step of the way. I recently bought a '21 jeep grand cherokee and after a couple of months I was looking for a shop close to my home 🏡. I tried Express Oil and I am very pleased with there service, the techs and the mechanics are all genuine good dudes! They kept me informed throughout the process of getting my oil change and rear brake pads replaced. The price was pretty good too. I would highly recommend them 👌🏿. There isn't a long wait time when we go there, but that probably depends on the time of day. I have called around and been to other shops around my area and there customer service doesn't come close to these guys. I am happy to say that this will be our new mechanic shop for all repairs moving forward. Thanks 👍🏿 guys keep being awesome!
